How Autopay Works at Oklahoma Natural Gas?

  • The total bill amount for natural gas service will directly be deducted from the checking or savings account provided by you. The amount is deducted on the monthly due date of the bill and no additional cost is charged for the service.
  • A detailed copy of the bill will also be made available to the customers, at least two weeks before the account is drafted. You can contact the customer service, in case of any questions or discrepancies.
  • Your current statement can be viewed by signing-in to your account.

ONG Autopay Eligibility

The following conditions should be fulfilled to subscribe to the autopay option:

  • S. checking of saving accounts with a U.S. bank.
  • Meet the predetermined credit criteria of Oklahoma Natural Gas.
  • Account must be current.

After I enroll, how long before the plan takes effect?

The autopay feature will be effective from the next date of payment that is indicated on your bill statement. Your current bill amount will not be deducted from your account.

Online

  • Sign-in to your Oklahoma Natural Gas online account.
  • An option for Automatic Payment is available in the top box, towards the right of your payment amount. If this option is not listed for you, then your account is not eligible for Automatic Payment.
  • Clicking on the toggle switch present next to ‘Automatic Payment’ will enroll you in the autopay system.
  • Fill out your information on the program page that appears and click ‘NEXT’. Confirm all the information that is presented under the Confirm Automatic Payment Details section. Click on the ‘ENROLL’ button.

  • Our Interactive Voice Response System can also assist you in signing up for automatic payments. Dial 1-800-664-5463 to begin enrollment.
  • Enter your account information. For Billing Options press 4 and then select Automatic Payment by pressing 3.

Canceling Enrollment

Online

  • Sign in to your online account.
  • In the box present at the top, click on the toggle switch next to the Automatic Payment option.
  • A program window will appear. Select the option ‘UNENROLL’ (blue-colored button).
  • A message will appear confirming that you have been unenrolled from the autopay option.

By Email

  • Click on the ‘Contact Us’ button to send us an email notifying us that your account should be removed from the Automatic Payment option.

By Phone

  • Simply call 1-800-664-5463 and press 0 after the initial dial tone ends to speak to a customer service representative. Representatives can be contacted between 7 AM to 7 PM CT, from Monday through Friday.

Updating Automatic Payment

Online

  • Sign in to your online account.
  • In the box present at the top, click on the toggle switch next to the Automatic Payment option.
  • From the program window that appears, select the ‘MANAGE MY BANK INFORMATION’ option.
  • Move to the page titled Manage Payment Methods and select the update toggle.
  • The default option is ‘Checking’, you can change it to ‘Savings’ or leave it as it is.
  • Enter the new Routing Number and Bank Information Number.
  • Click on ‘SAVE’.

You can also pay your bill in person by heading to over 500 payment locations set up by Oklahoma Natural Gas, including authorized pay agents, payment drop boxes, and kiosks.
